Custom Products
Custom size or made-to-order products cannot be returned once production begins.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Natural Stone Disclaimer
Color variations, veining, and natural patterns are normal characteristics of natural marble and are not considered defects.

Damaged Items
If the product arrives damaged:
- Inspect the package
- Take photos 

Once your claim has been reviewed and the damage has been confirmed, we will either send a replacement product at no additional cost or issue a full refund. All of our shipments are fully insured during transit.

Contact us within 48 hours After review, we will provide a replacement or appropriate solution.

Installation Responsibility
