Packaging
All Rowan Marble products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Each item is protected with foam, protective materials, and a custom wooden crate designed for heavy stone products.

Once your claim has been reviewed and the damage has been confirmed, we will either send a replacement product at no additional cost or issue a full refund. All of our shipments are fully insured during transit.

Production Time
Production typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the design and customization.

Shipping Time
Once production is completed, shipping usually takes about 1 week.

Shipping Method
We use reliable international carriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

Tracking
After shipment, customers receive a tracking number.

Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or local import taxes.

Delivery Inspection
Please inspect the package upon arrival. If there is any damage, contact us within 48 hours.
