From clean and minimal profiles to traditional, European-inspired, and highly detailed carved surrounds, each piece is developed specifically for the proportions and character of the space.

Because natural stone varies from block to block, every fireplace features unique veining, color movement, and tonal variations. Before production, stone selections can be reviewed to help ensure the material complements the overall design of your project.

At Rowan Marble Design, every product is handcrafted from natural stone and made to order. Because each sink, vanity, fireplace, and stone product is custom-made specifically for your order, every piece is unique due to the natural veining, color variations, patterns, and characteristics of the stone.

Shipping
All products are made to order. Production typically takes 2–6 weeks, depending on the product.
We ship worldwide through trusted international shipping carriers.
Delivery typically takes 5–9 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country.
Once production is complete, detailed photos of your finished product will be sent to you for approval. After your approval, your order is carefully packaged in a custom-built wooden crate and shipped with full insurance.
All shipments are fully insured throughout the shipping process.

Return Policy

Because all of our products are custom-made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted once production has been completed and the finished product has been approved by the customer.

Natural stone may vary in veining, color, pattern, porosity, and mineral composition. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone and are not considered defects or manufacturing faults. Therefore, returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted based on natural variations in color, veining, pattern, or any other natural characteristics of the stone.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing your order number along with clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product, the packaging, and the shipping label.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, your replacement product will be given production priority, remanufactured as quickly as possible, and shipped to you.

Because most of our products are custom-made, detailed product specifications may vary depending on the dimensions and customization options selected. After your order is placed, our team will prepare and send you a tech nical drawing for review and approval before production begins. Manufacturing will commence only after the technical drawing has been approved by the customer.
